    Our ploughing match was cancelled because of the weather , just waiting to find out when they going to hold it

    Seems a shame to paint it Chris. its been in the shed through the winter but now it outside i just wanted something on it to protect it

    Got my working wheelhorse out today, first job was to fit the refurbished rear wheels, change the standard seat for a heavier one and fit the wheel weights. taken off. two standand wheels 52lbs. standard seat.............11lbs. fitted on. two narrow wheels 48lbs. seat........................37lbs. two rear weights.....100lbs. so total extra is 122lbs, I'm pleased with that and should help with traction

    Managed to sneak into the back of the van while Pam was walking the dog. Had another look at the id tag which reads 181- 04- 28146. The wheels were originally white and looks like the tractor was originally gold. It has 400 x 8 front tyres and 600 x 12 rears

    Just looking at the brochure and its different to mine ? it has wider wheels, different seat and mine was gold before it was painted brown ?

    Thanks for all the details you've posted, all very helpful to a " newbie ". the idea is to get it up and running properly and then make a hitch for the plough
