I had a major Spring clean of the workshop yesterday, metal racking comandeered from work in place, the old plastic racking is now
resident in the Denness Towers storage facility, the Boadicea has now been given its own parking spot on the "new" racking...

Not shows, but Auction sales held in the South East, sometimes there are goodies to be had sometimes not, its the luck of the draw and depends on what you are after...
The next sale is at Herstmonceux on Saturday April 26th
The next sale at Ardingly Showground is on Thursday May 1st
There is also a sale at Osney Lodge Farm, Godstone, Surrey on Saturday June 21st
Further sales will be held at Ardingly Showground in September and October (usually), dates TBA

Its not that clear in the photos but theres a small disc like a pulley which would run along the lawn top surface then the larger disc would trim the edge...

Just home from a visit to our friends in Peterborough, whilst in the area we visited the Nene Valley Railway, jolly good it was too
My mate Paul was having a reduction of his collection, amongst which were these two lawn edgers, a Planet Junior No 2 edger and the larger machine which we think is a Pennsylvania (?)
Any help on identification and YOM would be appreciated

A plea to any other owners of these little mowers, I believe there is a Nash Boadicea decal, there's not one on mine or Steve ds
machines so we would be interested if anyone else has a decal they could photograph for us please...

An interesting point reading these recently acquired price lists is that by 1970/71 the Multigardner was offered with a four
stroke Aspera engine rather than a Briggs and Stratton, I've not seen or found one of those yet, I'll just keep looking...
