Ian 2,417 #1 Posted August 16, 2014 As some of you will know Nigel an I have had some trailer repairs to do after Noddy (The Holder) put a wheel through the trailer bed on the way back from Rural Past Times on Sunday.. Sounds to me that the trailer should not have been on the road It wasn't that bad Chris, one wheel only sunk though an inch or so. 3 inches below the board is the steel trailer frame which would of stopped Noddy going and deeper if it had got that far.. Jeez, what hell was he doing? The new board needed to be notched to fit around the holes the uprights slot into.. You should have told him to use a wooden mallet, not a lump hammer. I don't have a wooden mallet, only a rubber one which tends to bounce off the top of a chisel Anyway, don't take this post to seriously chaps, I thought you'd like a laugh at the poor chisels.. ranger 373 #12 Posted August 18, 2014 chisels are better for stirring coffee with than welding rods, but you do get that nice 'coffee shop' aroma if you weld with the rod before it dries. ( no doubt someone will try it to see ) Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
