mattblack 76 #29 Posted April 15, 2020 Engine pulley runs anti-clockwise so you'll be going backwards? 1 nigel reacted to this

Correct Matt but it’s going to be a bastard to sort 👍🏻 I’ve put the engine on backwards so it won’t go anywhere forward but bloody quick backwards, but now if I turn the engine round I will have to run the belt and chain drive on the other side, it sounds easier than what it’s going to be to convert
Stormin 4,458 #31 Posted April 15, 2020 I didn't get chance to post this when I typed earlier. Dinner interrupted. Engine runs the wrong way as Matt has said. It'll be like an Italian tank in WW11. 1 nigel reacted to this

nigel 1,876 #45 Posted April 25, 2020 Well it’s funny how this is starting to look considering every part of it except the engine has come off the scrap pile, ime quite liking it, now I will make a point this is supposed to look ratty and won’t be up the the standards of the showmans or my previous builds and was never intended to be, oh yes and the steering wheel will be lower 😂 5 harryt, Stormin, Cub Cadet and 2 others reacted to this
Stormin 4,458 #46 Posted April 25, 2020 Instead of lowering the steering wheel, how about raising the seat? Some people have long legs you know.
