The Story of the Medway Queen

The people of Britain, soldiers and civilians alike, mounted one of the greatest efforts against one of the most overwhelming foes in history. They are all hero's. Americans have never known what it is like to be under siege, it might do them good to realize much of their petty bickering is childish. They do not know what real problems are. I wish they taught more history in schools, the actions of the RAF were nothing short of miraculous.

    Nice change.

My td5 has just clocked 210,000 miles on original engine , still going strong . Have been contemplating getting shot of her but she just does so well I can't bring myself to let her go , although I would like another 90 or 110 , I remember having a second hand tdi engine fitted in my 110 & the bloke that fitted it made a complete pigs ear of putting the engine in and did not clip any of the fuel pipes on so the vibration of the engine broke all the knuckles on the fuel lines so I refused to pay the last three hundred pounds that I owed for fitting the engine . Thus I ended up. Getting acid thrown in my face as a result on my 35 birthday. Suffice to say I got my own back , but I can't say what I did in case we have a policeman on the forum.

Which Bolens are unusual / rare?

I have just messaged the Mod's with creeping and crawling words so now await my fate. Good news, or bad, soon I hope.

Which Bolens are unusual / rare?

On a very serious note, I look forward to hearing more about this Bolens with the FEL (Philip) and the sale of the Bolens collection plus implements (Alan). I can assure you both that whoever buy anything collectable within the forum, they will go to very good homes with appreciative owners.

    JCB Beaver Hydraulic Power Pack.

Managed today to get on with my all time dreaded job, Filling! The various numbers, names and dents were removed with grinding back then several small layers of filler, followed by several thick coats of etch primer.
