Also cracked on and into the gearbox this afternoon...... Quite clean internally, a little sludge, but overall not too bad. The bronze bushes on the drive axle are quite badly worn as well as the axle itself........ Damn!!! Axle was originally 1" diameter, now measures 0.985 at the most worn point. Bushes should be 1.125 o.d x 1.0 i.d x 1" Jim Beacon is going to help me with this issue! Maybe turn the shaft down and make bushes to fit? Will then need to make some spacers to make the wheels fit again!!! In the meantime will strip the handlebars down, dismantle the ploughing wheels and get them to the shot blasters. Here's the gearbox once opened up.........

Is the Military green O&R this one ? If it is it's almost certainly a type 133 engine (that I mentioned in post 6) presumably sold as military surplus at some point, looks like a previous owner thought about using it for a model boat. The page with it is not a marine manual, it's a printout of the Octura ad that is on another website (I can't remember where it's from but I have it saved too). You should send Wallfish pictures of the crankshafts needed for your Tiny Tiger, as there are different types depending on the age of the engine. If you edit any pictures to reduce the file size you will be able to post a few pictures on this forum. David

    Wanted- Kohler K91

Sorry I can't help you Ewan, I've got a spare K90 but it's a spare for my roundhoods as most of them have Kohlers fitted. and if i sell it something bound to go wrong. i have used the one with the tapered crank before ( mostly fitted to gennys ) and made a pulley to fit
