  1. OOP's. I'll check first next time. Looks like you all had a good weekend, apart from the wet stuff. Hope you had fun with the Sears / Roper.
  2. Roper, Disco and trailer all silver. The other two tractors need repainting.
  3. Good photo's Paul, as usual. Shame about the wet stuff though.
  4. He'd be blubbing all day if I did. Don't want John's land to get wet and muddy again.
  5. I'm working on that Chris. Hope it arrived intact. We all know the reputation of Parcel Force, and the Sutton Courier van is the same colour.
  6. It appears that boat anchors work better in water.
  7. So you have been worrying for the last year for nothing Norm. Carol's calm appearance could be a plot though. Wait until you have bought the decorating materials then war will break out. Better keep the 2 handled saw locked away. She could do serious damage with it. I wonder if the Showman will escape as lightly when Pam finds out what he has bought.

    Bolens tractor day

That will keep Iain and Joseph busy. "Now where do I start".

    Bolens tractor day

Scaffolding grandstands for the viewers. Trailer rides for the kids oldie's.
  10. Looks interesting Chris. No RED bits among the storage piles. ?
  11. Ask Pam. She will give you lots of idea's.
  12. There was a lot of fishing gear, including a Seagull outboard motor plus spares and a folding three pronged anchor, at John's a few years ago. Acquired from a late friend of his. All sold on now. Don't remember seeing Chris's find before though.
  13. He took the large trailer remains which he hopes to rebuild one day. Plus a few small goodies. Nothing of interest to find now ................. Unless !. Still lots of brambles to dig through.
  14. Iain was VERY reluctant. Thought it wouldn't go down well with the Bolen's boys being seen on a red tractor. He had to give in when told his only other option was to carry everything himself while Chris and I went for a cuppa.

    20/50 MOTOR OIL.

While sorting through friend John's car spares, a large quantity of 20/50 MINERAL oil was found. A lot of this has already been sold but still quite a few cans left. £5 per 4.5 Ltr can. The Showman has kindly offered to deliver to Newby if required and can collect payment there.
  16. Happy Birthday Titch. Have a good one.
  17. Looks brilliant Richard. And the tractors.
  18. Been with Virgin Media for a long time. No drastic problems so far but a pain to get through all the button pressing options to finally talk to someone. Same everywhere I suppose.
  19. Difficult to see where the cut was due to all the red stuff everywhere. Nearly enough to paint a Wheel Horse.
  20. This tree as Chris said, Bl++dy heavy, fell on a Mountfield tractor which suffered fatal injuries years ago. It is still in the bushes nearby waiting recovery and burial. R.I.P.
  21. Looks a simple fix. Can't see any problem.
