    yes it is jeff i got given it about 15 years ago i had it lifted on to my trailer by a tractor with a front loader drove 15 miles, when i stopped i found it had gone through the floor of said trailer so we unloaded it and it has not moved since the trailer was scrapped, i dont know how heavy these are but but they aint light

    ive made a couple of these in the past charlie very easy to make and the kids love em, the only thing i would say is chuck the drum on a fire after you cut the side out of it you never know what strange chemicel has been in them so i always burn them out, good luck
