  1. On the first look I'm going to make a new frame and drawbar and loose 2 rollers
  2. The Roller arrived this afternoon here on the South Coast and would like to thank lian Paul and Wendy for all their help in making it happen. Its so nice to be involved in this hobby and have friends willing to help when needed. . . We had some fun getting it of Pauls trailer with the Trachorse as its mega heavy she reared up but pulled it off. ive just undone 4 nuts and a couple of pins and stripped it down before Pam sees it and it easier to move. im sure the lads will have some photos to add but here's a couple of mine
  3. I want to know where elsewhere is, was it dark when you did it ?.
  4. Just got to grind the welds up tomorrow and drill a hole for the hitch pin, luckily its a round hole.
  5. While we were at the Smallholders show we acquired a pair of ridgers so I thought I'd make another set today
  6. My grandson was having a clear out and I managed to retrieve a pair of wheelhorse workshop safety shoes, now i can bin my old ones
  7. Here ya go Norm, thanks for suggesting it .
  8. If I split them i'll have twice as many, then they wont all go in the shed
  9. Bugger, Pam wants me to split them now.
  10. Didn't look at that, i can reach my handle.
  11. Winters on the way so i thought I'd better fill the log shed
  12. Had a bit of time today to do a couple of modifications to the blade. ive dropped the mounting and cut a piece out of the top of the blade, now it lifts higher and has given me 4" of ground clearance which is double what i had. the blade is still 5 1/2" wide in the middle which is plenty
  13. I thought they were off a walk behind machine although they do fit inside a 12" rim a treat
  14. Bought these years ago from a sale and they've been holding a sheet down on my BBQ, as I'm doing a bit of ploughing i need some weight on the rear wheels of my wheelhorse and thought i might fit them. They are 28 lbs each, don't know if that will be enough but it must help
  15. Many happy returns of the day Andrew, hope you had a good day.
  16. And if your trailer was in my driveway for another week you would have taken a lot more home.
  17. Looks like Noddy had to much to drink on photo No 18
  18. The graderblades looked good mounted on the tractors at Biddenden ( see photos) but in use they are a bit low with not much ground clearance, the soil was very soft and full of weed which gathered in big clumps making it easy to get stuck. Im going to make a small modification to mine which will lift it higher and try again but in all i was very pleased with it as it got plenty of abuse and it didn't break . I'll do an update tomorrow
  19. Good lot of photos Paul, thanks for all your hard work posting them.
