Evening all, well after the shock of finding a fully grown tree outside my workshop when I arrived!
I started to sort out this mess of wiring..
And by the end of the day, the Beast has awakened

the showman got a reaction from Triumph66 in Bolens 800
From what i can see, a few companys made a lot of accessories for the big garden machinery manufacturers so companies such as Wheelhorse sold them to fit their equipment

Found this brochure in a Wheelhorse data book but the tractor looks like a Bolens to me
Just noticed that the data book is from Burton Supply Co, Youngstown, Ohio, perhaps OB knows of them ?

Looking good and great progress, it is really coming together. I'm with Mr Showman, no pictures means that it didn't happen

Don't mess with The Showman otherwise you might wake up with a Å´heel Horse Å´heel on your bed....

I am having a quick cuppa in between working on the Bolens 800. At last I got around to fitting the anmeter gauge this morning as well as greasing up all the nipples. Battery gone flat though..... Got the battery on a trickle charger so hope that will cure that little problem. Everything seem to be ok as everything moves freely and the gears engages where they should. I am now going to order some belts for this as the old ones are a wee bit frayed.
Also taken some better photos too.

Great work Ian, I can only agree with everyone's comments, I like the vid and have watched it a couple of times, to save all that lathe work you could have used a couple of club hammer heads

the showman reacted to Stormin in C-120 refurb.
A little more progress today. Seat/fender support painted yesterday and now fitted along with fuel tank. The afore mentioned panels are also finished after stripping, skim filling and repainting. Started cleaning up some other bits ready for painting. One foot plate out of e-tank and the other in.
I did have a mishap with the ammeter, but I think I can repair it.
