mg_rob 70 #1 Posted February 9, 2016 Our club contacted the chap on the homemade tractor and asked him if he would put on a working display of mini tractors. As far as I know he was trying to organise a club to encourage younger people to join our hobby, I didn't get a chance to have a word with him to see how he was getting on. There was a good mix of tractors working and everyone looked to be enjoying themselves. I particularly liked the Kubota B6000 with the blade on it. 7 Alan, Stormin, wurzel and 4 others reacted to this

Triumph66 1,256 #8 Posted February 9, 2016 You're right Chris, it's a Bolens. Mind you I had to look at it twice to pick it out. Nevertheless, a very nice conversion. 1 HeadExam reacted to this

mg_rob 70 #10 Posted February 10, 2016 Thanks for the comments. i was there that day. they had a good turn out with lots of interested onlookers...Did you have a machine there or were you there as a spectator? It would be good to see something similar organised for this year. 1 minky reacted to this
mg_rob 70 #11 Posted February 12, 2016 (edited) One more ride on that was at Rosemount that day. It was parked up at the side of the working field, looks to have been well made. It would have been interesting to see it hooked up to the tractor pulling sled Edited February 12, 2016 by mg_rob 1 Stormin reacted to this

mg_rob 70 #14 Posted February 19, 2016 just as a spectator. if i can manage it i would like to take something this year and join in..think you have to be a member of the wee club though.. If you enter your machine into Rosemount you could take it up to the working field. I'm sure they would not mind you joining in. I'm not sure if they are doing something similar this year though, it would be a shame if they don't. We don't tend to have much over here for our size of machines. My Ransomes MG40 was down in with the stationary engines. Rob 1 minky reacted to this
