    wheel horse working!

Hi all, this is what my wheel horse goes through on a regular bases. it works to it limits in the woods, for moving wood of big and small sizes and for jobs in small areas that the big tractors cant get to.

    Wheel Horse Raider 10 Stolen

A massive thank you to everybody that paid attention to my posts about the theft of our little tractor and kept eyes open for her. After over three months the tractor is now back at home and we have two happy children and a very smiley me. I had a phone call from the Police today to say my horse had been returned to the house she was last spotted at. Strangely it was found by the same man that had last been seen moving it onto the driveway! He "apparently" found it dumped in a place I had searched previously, a local park. Anyhow I'm just overjoyed to have her home and I wish to express my thanks for all the kind words and thoughts that have been sent my way.

Snow... Only one thing for it

Playtime... Kids were up at 6, I wasn't far behind. Opened the curtain and greeted by this. It was a blizzard outside I had a run up the lane whilst Jake got the snowplough out. And Finn wanted a tow on his sledge It's raining now and the garden looks a little worse for wear Video to follow

    Project C1-4x6

Hi all just a quick update since I put the new big kubota engine on it has put a bit of extra weight on the front end so this has made the steering heavier so I've decided to have a bash at power steering I've got all the necessary parts and I have seen this done two ways one way is to have a hydraulic ram running parrarell to the axle linking in to to one stub axle , or the other way which I'm gonna try out is the ram running at the side of the chassis , here is what I've done so far Fitting the orbital steer unit Lining up with the steering wheel The fist draft of the track rod end and ram adapter bracket

i would like to say a very big thank you to all that supported this event for the past 3 years, the horticultural section is a major part of this event thanks to your contributions. the 2016 event will be held on the 20th and 21st of august and the running theme for our section will be british anzani easymows, lawnriders, motor hoes and iron horses. also just as important will be any other machinery that you want to enter. the working area will again be available and the display area will be in the same place as 2015. i know its a long way off but i aim to give you updates as soon as i get them. anyway enough waffling from me so again many thanks. ps, dont forget 20-21 august 2016 get it in your diaries :D
