It's traditional to have a run around on a Friday or Saturday night, this time was no different.
Then after a few beers this happened
-
The temporary line up on Friday night
-
Late here, but we couldn't get Finns v70 to run. A new carb cured all issues!
If a carb is worn, then it's never going to run properly
-
Sorry about your loss Neil, we will miss you at the show!
Chris and Norm will be taking lots of pictures so you won't miss much
-
Norm, you need to make the wheel frame pivot. Look at a spec lift on a recovery truck. That'll solve all your troubles!
-
Built a few, look at bendy, though I ended up laying the silencer down.
Norm made one recently too for black bequty...
-
Glad it's working Norm, might have a driver on the day if you need a hand with one. I'm only taking two, but three of us are going...
-
-
Yup...
Bed, food, clothes, transport, workshop and an awesome dad
Final picture and play before loading up...
-
It's called karma Ian for nudging the camera mans vantage point
-
There's another cub 70 booked in too...
-
As many of you know, we are meeting up at tractorfest at Ripon next weekend. As bendy is 90% complete and I'm at work all week, I though I'd best get bendy all shiny and ready.
Here's The front lights finally wired.
And bendy getting a good wash
Loading up tomorrow
-
Omg, a lesson for all of us. Went to collect a nice small compact, dual spool valve the other week. When I got there it was 12" square and took two hands to carry! It was the spool valve off the skid steer motors!
I left it where it was
-
We'll set up a live video link
-
He's got big feet Norm...the steering wheel is mahoosive
-
Ewan has been helping me this week whilst I've been at work
The exhaust heat shield is now done
The front hitch is well underway
And the rear 3 point is painted and has check chains
Wired the front lights when I got home, not much to do now for Newby
-
That or gumtree whilst he's out towing
-
Great pic Chris, like Norm says...too many for one man - you need to share some out...
-
I think all cream would look a lot better too!
-
heres a 5 minute bodge - literally
-
-
-
Can you move the bearing carriers up? Even cut n shut and a repaint would be better than the tragedy of scrapping what you have done Richard.
Btw what paint did you use? Looks like it might be a cub cadet colour match?
-
That's the kind of thing ian would love to spend a week patching
-
Fab!
Its almost like you lined them up big to small
