  1. nice... I used to have an ATCO something like that, the engine expired in the fire
  2. Hi Dave, welcome to MoM. Nice machine! Let's see more pics!!
  3. Well unless you have a running tec v70 Chris we are already minus one for Newby. The little ranger has expired with a broken con rod. First engine I've ever broken!
  4. The kids love running round on theirs, shame I've just broken child numbers 3's ! Good pics!
  5. You should only need ID help from toro for age related. Should be as simple as filling in v55 and sending insurance etc.
  6. Will have another think in the next week Chris... Besides the other bits
  7. Could well have been you that gave me the nod....
  8. Unless you have a valid ID then toro can't help you. I've road registered two now and it's been relatively easy, but then local dvla offices have closed and I think it might be harder to get an age related plate. I think getting a C-121 plate is easiest, though in reality I doubt anyone would check. Though for age related they send you to a guy on the other forum in Lincs. He couldn't actually do anything so I went direct to Toro and they sent me a nice letter that I used. Good luck!
  9. Defoe a peerless Ian, look up 2700 and see if it matches any pics.
  10. Awesome work Richard! A work of art!
  11. Neil, I created a thread on that last year. If you recall my GT died at Ardingly the year before! Nice line up btw
  12. There are quite a few for sale, don't search #22 as that's possibly the US description. Search for 1/4 woodruff, there are quite a few Mark
  13. I can get them from a local bearing stockist. You'll also get them from that auction site...
  14. There are over 1300 entries, with over 600 tractors. It's taken a week to send them all out. I think you should get it by tomorrow.
  15. oops missed that - Sten is right....Typically cars are designed for a certain weight pushing down on the tow ball. I think most manufacturers go for around 50Kg - there is actually a minimum too. - the caravans/trailer usually designed to allow this balance too, if you get it wrong then you are at risk of instability and tank slapping The tractor over the rear is quite well balanced, not so sure about the extra 250Kg at the front. I would check the regs out Charlie as I know that VOSA and the police will pull trailers/caravans over if they feel they aren't legal and measure the nose weight. Hope it does work out for you...
  16. It looks like the entries have been sent out, we've got ours and I know quite a few of you have theirs - with the exception of Nigel last night. Hopefully it comes today - I'm nothing to do with the YVVA, but more than happy to chase the stewards, etc with any queries. Can we get a list of whos going with what and when on here? We'll look then to meet and camp in the same area like we did at Ardingly if you are up for that? cheers
  17. they are useful still using a 30 odd year old one - like Ian says - it's interesting swerving around things
