Hi All,
Thought I would just show you these that I have made in the last week.
I had some harrows that were just towed which is a pain as I would have to put them on a trailer all the time so I thought I would make life easier by putting them in a frame.
The frame is 40x40 box and I also made some legs so it isn't always on the ground. The chain in the middle to stop them sagging is the original towing chain. The size is 2 meters square. When I looked on the auction site they were going for £ 250- £500 mine cost me about £50 plus my time. I only had to pay for the box and the shackles everything else has been kicking about here and the harrows were in a hedge surplus to requirements.

I have looked on the auction site and found one which says it is a Horace Fuller Ltd of Horsham, Sussex about a hour and a half away from me.
Does anyone have any info on it ?

I would rather see these and other items back to their former glory rather than rotting in a corner or the fate of the scrapyard especially when they are our heritige. You know when Britain made things.

Allen been out for a day in sunny Hampshire yesterday to cut a orchard come wild flower meadow. Took about 2 hours and about that for my shoulders to come round after. Paul

After looking round the house this morning I noticed the mail box lid had broken,
lucky I had another one in the shed that just happened to be red, after fitting and a couple of decals I wandered if its a bit over the top.
at least it matches the van

I won this on Allen Oxford on ebay at the weekend . I go to pick it up later this week

Used mine at the weekend for about two hours and its taken about that long for my arms to stop acheing. Only down fall I find with them is the handles are very low and non adjustable for height. I am six feet tall so find I quite often have to stoop down to use them, apart from that they do what the advert says. Heres mine

I'm not often home, and when I am its either raining or I'm out with the family. Well today was a painting day....
We've got 4/5 projects on the go and a lot of bits in need of priming and painting. So project bendy got a little attention first.
Firstly the rear fender that's had a lot of patching

Missus just arrived home and not impressed I've hijacked the washing line

Farmers gone mad in Hampshire trying to get hay done. I have been asked by the local farmer to cut a wild flower meadow down later on in the year so today I got the allen out and cut down the hay where the mower cannot get to ie. round the troughs and fence line and was amazed it started first go.

Sorted all the mess out today, first tractor back in the shed was the Cub Cadet, the next one was the Shak'in Horse which was still in the back of the old van, after unloading it and getting up my drive (towed with Freebee Raider), ive put the B112 on the lift in the workshop and the other 2 Raiders in the garage, the Patio is clear woo hoo (brownie points).
While I had the old van in the drive I emptied all the show and camping stuff out ( why do two people need 6 chairs, 4 12 pole windbreaks and 2 tables) plus a load of junk I havnt seen since 07 when I put it in there.
Had to dig a Raider out of the wood store for a photo shoot then put everything away again. lastly had a sweep up and went to the pub.
Another day gone, I have  to work tomorrow so only leaves Thursday,

Heres a couple of random photos of the day.

Had Titch down the other week so had most the collection out. Very nice to meet the man and can see why he is called Titch, but his good reputation is bigger.
