  1. Bit of an update. She has now moved in and given it a name. The Hutch. Still some bits to do on the outside. Name plate up and the hay rake rescued from John's, painted and hung. The artist at work. The view from the door.
  2. Used that one already.
  3. From out of the mouths of babes.
  4. Got to tell Carol about the Sears yet.
  5. Judging by the look of that rear tyre, Joseph's put a bit of weight on over Christmas.
  6. Stormin

    Bolens HT20

Bit of a tidy up and it'll be grand as owt.
  7. Wasn't looking at the mower.
  8. When I suggested the key steel Angus, I hadn't seen the key photo's and was assuming ordinary type keys. Definitely be a waste of time trying to make some.
  9. You can get lengths of key steel from a steel stockist if you've one local.
  10. You could maybe sleeve the axle if possible, then you can use standard size bushes.
  11. As well as the above, I'd give the fuel system a good clean out.
  12. How long have you had it and when was it last run?
  13. My mistake with the date. It should read 19th March. For all of you planning on entering, I have entry forms. P.M. me your address and I will post to you. Entries are the princely sum of £8 each class. Three entries so far. Me, Graeme(madjock) and my mate Dunc with one of Jonathan's (expeatfarmer) Ransome crawlers. Jonathan can't make it this year but has graciously loaned the Ransome.
  14. He's made a very nice job of that, Darren. Seems a shame to paint it.
  15. A hand pump. Nice and simple. You'll have to enter the HVC match at Carlisle with Graeme (madjock) and co.
  16. I think there's/was some one round Morecombe/Heysham/Lancaster that refurbished steering wheels.
  17. Interesting clutch and chain drive arrangement. Good luck with it. You'll now end up with an original instead of a reproduction.
  18. Not to mention a wheel to fit the TYRE on.
  19. Thanks for that info Dave. I've been meaning to get in touch with them.
