Maybe you could try printing out the chemicals page from post 7 & write wanted empty bottles on it and put it by the sprayer when you take it to shows.

Here is a ebay picture I found of the O&R winterising procedure, that came with an engine supplied through Rupert Ledger & Co. Ltd. (the UK distributor for O&R engines). It also mentions using a teaspoonful of oil in the cylinder and stopping the piston halfway to prevent damp air entering via the exhaust.

    From the O&R 20A manual;
Points gap is 0.015" to 0.018"
Coil to flywheel gap is 0.010"
    Spark plug gap is 0.025"

The ESA 1973 parts manual gives the spark plug gap as 0.030"

Here is a advert from 1973 found online that has two O&R powered Lancaster chainsaws, the 20SLA Automatic that Lee has and the 15SLA Mini Automatic that I have.

Also attached are some pictures of my smaller Lancaster 15SLA Mini Automatic with the 13B engine. The air filter is different to the standard ones fitted to O&R's, also the instructions aren't quite right as the chain oiler is automatic.

The O&R part no. for the rings used on the Model 20A engine is 200023.
Don't forget to clean out the remains of the air filter, as they disintegrate just as well as the earlier engines.

A rare find in the UK, a pair of Petro Chug-A-Drills, I was going to put these in the other Chug-A-Drill thread but they are not yet restored. Unfortunately there is only one tank between the two & it's badly crushed! No other damage though and both are free to turn over.

Another UK find that I bought earlier this year, seems to be the remains of a Chug-A Saw, sadly the seller didn't have any other bits of it. The engine serial no. is within 1000 of the two Chug-A-Drills I have.

Here another Champ that I have added to my collection, its a 12V only version made for the US military. Unusually the engine serial number has been ground off, I don't know if all the ex-military ones were.

Since taking the pictures I have removed the incorrectly fitted NGK long-reach spark-plug and fitted a Champion UY6, this isn't the first time I've had a seller fit a new plug of the wrong type just before they shipped it.

It does have the petrol tank, the base under the engine is the tank.
I agree keep it together, there can't be many of these left due to its size, its certainly the first O&R with a pump that I've seen in the UK, the pump I have was bought from the US.

Another recent addition to my collection is this Orline Dyna-Mite 300 generator set.
Usually the carb top on this late model 13B engine has no primer button, also the fuel tank filler is extended to the top of the frame.

I'm sure I read on the old forum that the compressor was one of the rarer O&R tools.

factory got a reaction from CNew in Petro Chug-A-Pump
This is the latest addition to my O&R collection, a Petro Powered Products Chug-A-Pump.
The engine is an early compact I with the side mounted carb needle & screws in the back of the starter/blower cover.

Unfortunately a previous owner disliked the starter mechanism so much that they cut it off completely.

The engine was also seized & the flywheel nut threads were stripped, fortunately the crankshaft threads are OK. After removing the sparkplug I discovered someone had tried and failed to unseize it by hammering the piston with a rod, the piston has a hole in it. I left it overnight with some oil poured in the cylinder.

Today I stripped it down further, I was surprized to find the flywheel key was steel, it does have a different part number to the later engines so may be original? The oil left in overnight did the job and I was able to turn the flywheel a bit, which enabled me to remove the cylinder without damaging the conrod. The cylinder is a bit rusty but hopefully it will clean up for reuse. The missing bits of the piston were shaken out of the crankcase.

The gudgeon pin is also different to the later engines as it is solid, it is also smaller in diameter, I have a few spare pistons but they can't be used because of this.

Another cutaway O&R engine, this isn't mine, it was on ebay a few years ago.
I wonder how many they made.
