Joseph got a reaction from Stormin in Plasma cutter from Lidl
It is a great tool Norm, for the price you need to get someone to go shopping for you
No that is an idea
Please stay safe and well in these strange times and we are looking forward to catching up with you both soon

Joseph reacted to Stormin in Plasma cutter from Lidl
Looks a handy piece of kit, Joseph. Unfortunately Lidl is out of bounds for me for now.

Joseph got a reaction from Cub Cadet in Plasma cutter from Lidl
As we could not find any toilet rolls in Lidl we decided to buy a Plasma cutter that they had on offer. It works really well and with a bit of practice it will be very handy. A quick review and use video

Joseph got a reaction from Triumph66 in Bolens G14 parts tractor recovery
This G14 has been stored outside many years before we got it and we left it outside too. Finally we found some covered storage space for it. It is a parts tractor but it is still good to have it covered

Good video again Joseph. You need to get a lot more speed out of that Bolens though. Too slow and only three days left for present delivery's. Happy Christmas to you and family too.

Joseph reacted to the showman in Winter Project
I’ve got some brake linings from a Morris marina ( i think ) that i will bond to the band.
All bonded up with high power adhesive so will fit them all tomorrow.

Today I’ve been looking at track-rods, all the ones i have seem to have play in them and as ive got a few ends in stock I thought I’d make some new ones without buying anything.
Started with a length of rod cut into 4 lengths and machined down in the lathe and threads cut.
Done two to see if they work which they do so I’ll make another pair tomorrow.

Bill and Ben get their hoodstands cleaned up and a coat of primer today.
Had a look at the side panels and they look a bit rotten along the bottom and ive only got one pair so I’m gonna need some sheet tin to make a new pair.

Small update as it’s a day of rest.
Ive sanded off the steering parts and given them a primer fitted together and fitted them in the chassis’s.
Ive noticed the Lawn Ranger doesn’t have the bush at the end of the lower rod and its not listed in the parts manual but as i have a few in stock I’ve fitted them.
