It doesn't have a head on it, it's an allen screw, see photos
-
Like i said, its a rollpin number 31 and a allen screw number 27 on the pictures.
-
You'll need to get the steering wheel off the shaft which is held on with a rollpin, knock that out and give it a good soaking with a penetrate.
The collar has an allen screw holding it in position and sometimes a job to undo, might need warming up to undo it
-
No they haven't, their even rarer.
Got a couple of Howard engines somewhere but can't find them at the moment
-
Very rare to find one of those Nigel.
-
Found these bearings, anyone know what size the are ?.

Selling my Warco lathe. Its worked very well for me and I'm only selling it because i was offered a good replacement.
It comes with all the bits including 3 and 4 jaw chucks and face plate, traveling and fixed steady as well as a box of bits and a spare belt.
I'll leave it on here for a few days before I put it on that well known auction site, starting price is £250.
please PM me if interested

Just googled where to look for the number, its K14099 which I think makes it a ML 7 1950
-
Can't find the number yet unless its behind one of the covers
-
Out with the old.
In with the new.
-
Nice addition to the collection Harry, well done mate
-
Open day and Spring fair at the collage tomorrow May 12.
Its usually a good day out with plenty to see and arena events throughout the day, I shall be there displaying my 1933 chicken plucking machine
hopefully it will be a good day.
-
Many happy returns of the day Karl, hope you have a good day mate.
-
Some nice stuff there Alan and not a Marina in sight
-
36" two blade deck, normally the later tractors had a three blade deck,
If the owner has referbed it ask him what model it came off
-
Looks like you all had a good time with plenty of exhibits and good weather,
thanks for the photos boys.
-
They look good, don't often see gang mowers on display
-
It was a fun day having you down Alan, reminded me of the Tuesday's at Johns.
-
Look at what arrived today. .
-
That's a shame Kev, but as you say more time to relax. Must remember to take my knitting.
-
Hope you didn't run over Rusty.
-
Looking at your photos it looks right but if the brake lining is missing it won't work anyway
-
If you sit on the tractor and hold the brake pedal down and pull the lever it will hold the brake on then press the pedal and it will release it
-
It clips in when you push the brake pedal down
-
If it's anything like my grass you won't have to wait long
