Today (Friday) is set up day at the Newby Hall show
We set up the IH Cadet 81 and the harrows and had a look around at what had arrived so far...
Here's some photos...
-
Just acquired a Martin Markham spreader to go behind the tractor, just need to get it couriered home from Harrogate now...
-
Trailer back on the Duster ready to take the tractor into Newby Hall later on this afternoon...
(Don't worry I will lift the legs back up )
-
See you on Monday Neil, will have plenty of photos for you to have a look at
-
Just won a Webb Little Wonder hedge trimmer on the bay
Its got an O&R engine in it, looks a bit sad but probably saveable
Will be picking it up on our way home from our holiday in Yorkshire on June 13th so will post some photos of it then
-
-
Looking good, Cadet 81 all ready for the trip tomorrow so there will be at least two Cub Cadets there !!
-
Same here that looks the mutts nuts
-
Best I can do sorry !!
Good luck finding a belt
-
Ooh Mr Showman in the dog house !!
What's new ?? lol
-
-
Looks really smart Charlie, love the Jaffa cake sign !!
-
All I can find is a MTD brochure which features tractors badged up as Lawnflite, that dates from 1975 so would that make your machine
later than that ??
It reads 11/38 on the bonnet in your first photo where its in the trailer, I took it from that...
-
-
-
Series 2A Landy in the last photo is rather tasty as well
-
Great photos Gareth, especially like the Cub Cadets !!
-
I've just tried a quick Google search (Lawnflite 11/38) there's some information on there...
-
Just checked the literature collection, no Lawnflite information there, sorry !!
-
-
I remember the guy from that other forum, as has been said he must have bottomless pockets, nice kit though
-
It's terrible when lawn tractors do that to you !!
Looks like a good project, any idea how old it is ??
-
Oh right, reason I ask is that I have a Cooper Stewart shearing set with one of those BSA engines in it just wondered if they were
most of one of those sets...
-
Ah we don't all drink tea over here...
(I do but each to their own)
Anyone got a cowling for a Tecumseh V70 engine please, the one on the R26 is a bit second hand...
-
Great photos Norm, were the two BSA engines running anything ?
