ranger 373 #5 Posted March 17, 2016 A couple of more suitable? engines for sale Saturday at Cheffins auction, Ian, a Rolls Royce Merlin and Griffon in running order, complete on demonstration trailers, ready to display, just sit a 'willing assistant' Nigel? in the chair behind the prop, full revs, release the brakes and accelerate as if from a steam catapult. Also a full size mk9 Spitfire replica for sale, if that takes your fancy. 2 nigel and hpearce reacted to this

HeadExam 1,783 #12 Posted March 18, 2016 You'll need to engineer some ground effects to keep it down on the track and a rear spoiler as well as air flow system through and behind rear wheels. Of course, much of these modifications could be done to, or on, the driver. I can tell you it will have some serious steering issues to overcome when cornering with those front wheels, might be better to make them solid and just drift into and out of turns. 1 nigel reacted to this
