Stormin 4,458 #4 Posted January 22, 2017 Interesting clutch and chain drive arrangement. Good luck with it. You'll now end up with an original instead of a reproduction. 2 S1g and Cub Cadet reacted to this

Cub Cadet 613 #6 Posted January 22, 2017 This is probably a big ask to find one in the UK but has anyone got a steering wheel like the one pictured, I may have to get creative with this one
Stormin 4,458 #7 Posted January 22, 2017 I think there's/was some one round Morecombe/Heysham/Lancaster that refurbished steering wheels. 1 Cub Cadet reacted to this

Neil has told me that the model of Clinton engine I would need is a Clinton 1290, it would be great if it was the same model, or similar HP, if not I think it would be best to hold out for a Kohler K91. meadowfield 1,900 #11 Posted February 3, 2017 Well after quite a delay with the shipping company, I get a call asking where we live... followed by "oh Sh1t, I'll call you back...." I hopped on the quad thinking he was lost and I'll find him first. Quad was the wrong mode of transport and not man enough for the job... He got got stuck in the bottom of the village, and I had to pull him out. Anyway, he dropped a pallet off and there's only one way to move a pallet up here might leave it for Ewan to unpack when he's next home.... unless he really wants some more pics.... 4 pmackellow, nigel, Cub Cadet and 1 other reacted to this

Cub Cadet 613 #20 Posted February 6, 2017 Wooo I have an engine So after some research I have discovered that the model B1260 (above) and the model B1290 (correct one for the RJ) are exactly the same engine, the only difference is that the 1260 had a reduction box added from factory, hopefully after a rebuild it should bolt straight in . 4 Stormin, Alan, slf-uk and 1 other reacted to this
Stormin 4,458 #21 Posted February 7, 2017 That's what I call a very satisfactory result. Also an engine sourced PDQ. 1 Cub Cadet reacted to this
