Just to let you all know the very sad news that Chris and Pam Suttons beloved Patterdale Terrier Lily passed away yesterday.
She went to sleep in her favourite chair and did not wake up.
I have just spoken to Chris and as you can imagine he is very upset
I'm writing this with tears in my eyes as I'll miss my little mate
    R.I.P. Lily...

Great video Joseph. The Westie come up very well; only another 50 or so garden tractors to clean ......

Just a bit concerned about the tramp who muscled in on the video.  I guess you gave him a brown paper bag with a cheap bottle of whiskey to quench his thirst to make him go away?

How Joseph can direct, produce and film this as well as owning and driving the HT20 is a complete mystery to me.

As you say where is Iain? Come to think of it; WHO is Iain?!

Most of our petrol is 10% ethanol with some vehicles designed to run 85% percent (E-85) ethanol, but using it will void manufacturers engine warranty even though the manufacturer built the engine to run on E-85, Apparently the tanks that hold E-85 must be constantly be stirred to keep petrol an ethanol from separating, when ethanol separates from petrol many users will be getting pure ethanol or alcohol (not sure if it's fit for human consumption) and most tanks do not have this feature yet. We have 10 filling stations within 20 miles (one as close as 7 miles) that serve locally drilled and produced pure petrol at 25% percent more per gallon than the 10% ethanol petrol. However studies show that pure petrol gets close to 20-25 percent better fuel mileage without the fuel system issues caused by ethanol

The choke flap is fully closed so I don't believe it is the issue with this. The tank to carb gasket does seem to weep a spot of fuel so my thinking is that it is also sucking air and preventing the fuel from being drawn up from the upper tank chamber. Am I right in assuming this ?

I’m going to try to keep it as original looking as possible to start with . If not I’ll look at that set up . I’m useless with wiring . Making the looms not too bad as I have the old one to copy 😂

In my experience 90% of the time cleaning the points will get the spark back. Hope the carb is ok as that type can be a bit of a  pain to work on and tend to leak fuel when the engine is not running.

Would love to see the pictures. My buddy has a twin Cylinder Echo EVL, they are quite collectible, but the magneto failures make most of them unusable for fear of losing a NLA magneto/coil. I've used one they sound nice, but they really don't cut better than a Mac or Stihl of the same size and vintage. Other than the little Remington, I stick with Homelites of the 1964-1979 vintage. I bought my first chainsaw a little over a year ago, so I'm really pretty new to these two stroke engines

Yea I think I will remove the filter and run without one until I get it running then fit the red briggs and stratton filter

Hi Harry. Congratulations on your USA purchase. I am not familiar with panzer tractors, but looks like a real interesting little thing and hasn't cleaned up bad at all. I too would love to have the contact details of the guy that imports them, you never know when you might need them.
