    Bolens 1886

    Right, started to pull the 1886 apart today. My plan is to just free it all up & get everything working. Then just oil up the paint work. Its going to be a working tractor, not a show piece The engine is going to come out for an overhaul, it turns but the front cowl is rotted through & had a large mouse nest inside! Lucky I have 2 other dead engines which I can rob some bits off Amazingly most of the nuts & bolts came undone to get some of the larger parts of the tractor apart

    1st spring plowing

    As a tradition here, on the 1st day of spring, I usually try to plow. I fired up one of my DB tractors and went out and did 5 round. I think it went pretty well. Didn't have time to do more today, but theres always the weekend, and I have several other walkers to test plow with. Enjoy the pic's.

    Nice ploughing and interesting to see a non European machine.it would be great to hear it running....a you tube clip would be great .
