Hi Harry. Congratulations on your USA purchase. I am not familiar with panzer tractors, but looks like a real interesting little thing and hasn't cleaned up bad at all. I too would love to have the contact details of the guy that imports them, you never know when you might need them.

    O&R Model L challenge

I collected a parcel a few weeks ago containing a mostly dismantled early O&R model L engine, complete with a seized piston & bent con-rod. I will see how far I can rebuild it, I know the cover for the clutch housing is missing as well as most of the screws. It seems to be quite rare to find the model letter still on the decal. A view of the bent con-rod. David

    New Additions

Some new additions to my O&R collection picked up today at a rally in Hampshire Orline chainsaw and hedge cutter, O&R engine with reduction box and a spares engine All well restored by Darmic1, he wanted to move them on so I wasted no time in making an offer ! Many thanks to Darren, rest assured they have gone to a good home.

    New Additions

That's a very nice restored chainsaw & hedge cutter, the engine with the reduction gearbox looks like new too (any idea what the type/model number is? I can try & find out the output speed if you would like). The parts engine looks like it may have come off a hedge cutter. David

    Sponsored walk for Parkinsons UK

Wendys uncle sadly died of Parkinsons Disease earlier in the year, and as a bit of a tribute some of his family decided we would do the 6 mile sponsored walk in his memory. As extended family I was roped in as well. This happened today and as Bella is still recovering after her cruciate ligament op Wendy "borrowed" a customers dog for the walk. We all completed the walk and got our finishers medals, a pub was nearby so I nipped over for a pint (as you do). Between us the 8 members of the family that did the walk raised over £1300 for Parkinsons UK, so not a bad days walk ! Here's some photos...

    Sponsored walk for Parkinsons UK

Well done both of you. And all the others of course. Carols mother had Parkinson's, so that charity and the one for alzheimers, which my father had, are the main ones for us.
