  3. I'm not often home, and when I am its either raining or I'm out with the family. Well today was a painting day.... We've got 4/5 projects on the go and a lot of bits in need of priming and painting. So project bendy got a little attention first. Firstly the rear fender that's had a lot of patching And then painting some other bits Missus just arrived home and not impressed I've hijacked the washing line

  6. E tank is a must, got some commando wheels in mine cooking at the moment. It's slow but incredibly low effort, so if you are patient it's a great way of cleaning....
  7. haven't got numbers to hand but these are what i ordered. Axle 1-1/8 x 1-3/8 x 1/8 Brake 3/4 x 1 x 1/8 I would look at changing input shaft, all mine have leaked there!!! I'd get the pulley off - just to sort the seal. If you lose the end there's no huge detriment
  8. spot on Paul, all three are mid 50's machines, I used to have a James trials bike, but it went when my obsession with wh occurred
  9. Was at my dads last week, the kids were roped into cleaning a couple of old DOTs and a DMW - all built in the north of England and Villiers powered. this sneaked in for a peak too

  14. Spot on Ian, why re-invent the wheel... The GT set up looks good and works, so I copied the whole lot!
  15. With the diff locker finished and the casings painted I got distracted yet again This time with the intent of getting the backend complete and painted I thought I'd make a 3 point hitch.
