Love the horses. There's a chap from your side of the border, comes to a charity ploughing match I'm involved with, with a pair of horses. Great to watch.
If memory serves, the Canterbury double adult sidecar was usually hitched to a 600cc Panther single 4 stroke sloper. A company called Pride and Clarke somewhere around London sold them in the 50's. The advent of the Mini killed off sidecar sales.
Great fun to drive an outfit once you got used to one. Terrifying at first. I had a 650 Ariel with a sports sidecar.
I won't be attending, but the mention of the Lavender Line sent me to Google maps. About 35yrs ago I was staying with friends at Wrotham and visited a railway. Turns out that was it. Thanks for jogging the memory.
Some will recall this Wheel Horse C-81.
Bought in the condition you see it. Nicely done by Martin Hurst, who I bought it off well over a year ago. Unfortunately progress has been somewhat slow. Actually practically none existent due to other factors. But hopefully in the next week or so things will progress.
Not a show, but as stated. 30th March at Brisco, Carlisle. Just off junction 42 M6.
Entries now being taken.

You Scottish lads interested.
The gate leading to my front door, railings separating garden from drive and yard and along front of decking above pond, all came from what other people were throwing out and free.
