squonk reacted to the showman in Wheelhorse Roundup at Tractorfest Biddenden
Good set of photos Paul thanks for posting them.
It was a bit disappointing, out of 15 booked in only 12 bothered to turn up !!!.
at least all the 12 that turned up were all different and I think all the exhibitors had a good time.
Thanks to the dedicated few that supported me and the show

With rural past times happening, I relised I didn't have any thing to take , so I had this little tractor hanging about so I found an engine of the shelf for it and gave it a quick tidy up , it should be ready just foot plates and a few bits and bobs to do I don't think I will be doing any ploughing with it though

squonk reacted to neil in Wheelhorse signs
Not quite a ride on , but I have put this in the ride on section as there isn't really a relevant section for signs.
I was having a few signs made up recently for the house and was so impressed this young guys work that I wondered if he would make me a few Wheelhorse logo signs , I picked them up yesterday and was delighted at how they came out . One of them has been polished to a mirror finish & the other has been brushed steel affect . They were made out of 4 mm stainless steel to are very strong and naturally will not rust . I am that impressed with them I am going to make one of them a clock and am also having others made up into clocks .
let me know what you chaps think.
Anyone that may be interested in a clock I will show you the finished product soon and if your interested you can let me know . As you can imagine , the steel is the thick grade quality and stainless isn't cheep so the clocks won't be a £10 cheapy .
These particular signs are about 3 ft in length

GET LOTS OF RAGS TOWELS! I had one of those apart years ago. Holy cow what a mess!

Sounds like you need to check its connected through to the throttle linkage and the rocker for the choke is connected correctly.
re: gearbox, I think the part I've circled here is possibly broken or the bit that operates it is.
this is my sons gearbox as we rebuilt it, so we know exactly how it works...
you might have to split it to take take a look, it's a messy job as it is filled with bentonite grease.

I have a similar plow without the wheel. It was made by Brinly for Wheel Horse.

Friend of mine builds 2 stroke racing kart motors. He'll get his hands on something like this when he's bored and hot rod it and then see how long it will run before BOOM!

squonk reacted to Ian in The Little Wonder hedge trimmer
That's just the sort of thing I need, a 12 volt hedge cutter.. Plug it into a Wh, cut the hedge and let all the trimmings fall in a trailer behind

That's a neat little item!
Here's a pic of the Little Wonder's gas version with an O&R engine

I'm with C101. Pull it apart to check it out and fix it if easy enough. Nothing to loose if you are junking it anyway. Plus those small pistons and rods make a nice little key chain.

Junior has gone to visit his baby brother at the hospital and was a little sad to see him on the operating table but he knew he was in safe hands and was delighted to see his younger brother was making a massive recovery and was looking much better and that the colour was beginning to return to his once lifeless body . junior has desided to stay with his baby brother for a short while to have a little surgery done himself .
