I also managed to bring back this little tipping trailer today, again I'm not too sure on the make? any input will be greatly appreciated, I've not seen them with the round pole chassis/draw bar thingy ma bob!?
it's got lots of surface rust, but nothing many of hours sanding shouldn't sort out,
but my plans with this are to paint it all up cub colours and add a few cub decals and pull it behind my cub cadet,
I'm not sure weather to keep the solid tyres or change the wheels and tyres for pneumatic ones? Guys?!?!

I picked up my new plough today, (well new to me) It's not a wheel horse plough nor does it have any makers name/marks but I am hoping to adapt it a little bit and get it onto the back of my wheel horse raider 10. I've been after a plough for a long time now, Hopefully start work after next weekend!
-
Looking good, are they all free turning? Plough, Discs, got a nice little collection.
-
I now know who can do my painting! Fastest painter in the south nice find and brilliant job

PM sent Paul! I know you've mentioned entries are closed but I'm hoping it's not too late to squeeze in

Great looking machine, like others have mentioned it's good that we've got friends across the pond willing to help out, if there's a little room left in that crate chuck a plough in there for my wheel horse im just kidding,
I see a wonderful green 600 has just popped up on the bay
-
Great little CC well done, good score! look forward to seeing more on this
P:S If you get 5 minutes extra time, could I possibly be cheeky and ask for some close up photos of that rear hitch/lift assembly? I've got the lift arm just not the rest and I'm curious as to how making one would work out.
-
Looking good Mark, It's all these little finishing touches that really make a machine!
-
Very nice machine... looks like you have lots of fun on it too
-
May not work in your case but a while ago i had a ride on that kept chucking the belt off due to some pulleys being out of line, we tried lining them up but didn't succeed, so in the end we made some belt guides welded and bolted a few all the was around, they didn't look too good to the eye, but they sure done the job, i assume that when the belt went to jump off it hit them and couldn't get no further and stayed in the V of the pulley.??
may be worth a try? makes changing the belt a little more difficult but can still be done

Sorry its a bit late, Hope you had a great day Tom!

Hello guys,
This Briggs engine is on my new farmers boy rotavator,
I was just wondering if any of you know absolute anything about this engine?
model?
year?
anything will be appreciated
-
Thank you all,
not much of an update but pictures to follow tomorrow,
as of yet the fuel in the system was smelling rather off and it was a bit gooey and gunky in the carb etc, so I've taken it all off washed it through cleaned it all out blown it all through etc, all ready to bolt back together tomorrow, and then have a look at getting it started,
when I first looked I couldn't see a spark, nor did it light up my spark tester. however upon spinning the flywheel i did get a little electric shock from the end of the HT lead, but only a little small one,... might not need looking into, might fire up, but if not ill have to look into it.
-
Indeed it does, well theres no harm in trying and finding out I guess although dont know if I'll have to get it online or not, or if somewhere like wicks or jewsons would stock it?
-
I just searched that and i think i might steal your idea and use that on mine!
-
Yes I'm stuck with my one for looks, do i paint it or just give it an oily rag wipe over.
I'm sure the others will see this soon enough and someone will know what they are talking about and be able to share opinions, but thats how i felt once buying mine, its nice to be able to research and play about with something different from garden tractors all the time.
-
I do like the sickle bar, its kind of like a cross between and Allen scythe and a merry tiller, hmm very interesting! defiantly worth considering local for yourself too.
-
I think, its the same one i saw that on that auction site?
It looks good, I've only just got my first walk behind machine. I know I have only had it a day, but I quite enjoy seeing it in my collection, I might try get a few more walk behind machines, I'd say go for it! its all a bit of fun, Im not too sure on the make or the model but the fact its got a sickle bar is real neat
