The bench grinder was burnt out.

While i was there a disabled lady was driving a Voltswagen T5 with a similar set up, they were also fitted to campervans.

Ive downloaded a manual from the internet, might be handy.

Just had a google and it's called a 6 way power seat base, has a lift capacity of 300 lbs ( 136kg ) and the top has a 90 degree right swivel and 82 degree left swivel

Don't know, lifted the Toro without any effort 

Had to go and pick up a caravan from having a remote self levelling system fitted and while i was there I couldn't help but notice they had a large scrap pile. I just had to have a rummage ( i just couldn't help myself).

I found a frame with a scissor lift and 3 electric 12 volt motors that came out of a mobility van.

I asked the chap in the workshop if I could buy it and he said take what you want  he even gave me a hand to load it, i gave him £20 for their teapot fund.

I hitched up and was just about to leave when the boss came out and gave me the money back and said he was happy I could make use of it.

Let me know when you've got it sorted then you can do mine when you come down. 

Is that delivered or have I got to spend £20 on diesel to come and get it ?

Its out of the van now and done a few laps of the garden.

After a play I powerwashed the dust off and cleaned the seat.

Sitting on the Toro this morning in the back of the van making broom broom noises I noticed there was no spinner on the wheel.

Had a rummage in the shed and found a couple of them left over from my American car days

They look good.

Looks an interesting place Norm and the new camera takes a good photo 

I went to Halfords today for a battery and found the one I wanted for £72 but the terminals were the wrong way round, after looking round their shelves I found the identical spec one with the terminals I wanted but £82.

I asked a member of staff , and he said it was more popular so they charge more, i said I'll have the cheaper one and make the earth cable longer, with my discount card it was £57.

It didn't turn over, if it had been a Kohler i would have looked closer. It was a petrol Robin and I haven't got any of those so no good for spares

The farmer opposite offered me a ride on mower the other day before it goes in the scrap, when he said he didn't know the make only that it was red i got all excited.

Well i went and had a look today !!!..................Oh dear, i told him to throw it in the bin

Exhibitors who came last year should be getting their entry forms this week, anyone else that would like to come just PM me .

This year there will be a working area as normal and a field of potatoes to harvest that will need lifting and bagging so bring your kit.
