in mid September there is an Agricultural Show where we display a selection of horticultural exhibits. The work on their major project, 1950,s Town is well underway, to be fair you can not properly digest all you see in one day
That's a very nice restored chainsaw & hedge cutter, the engine with the reduction gearbox looks like new too (any idea what the type/model number is? I can try & find out the output speed if you would like).
The parts engine looks like it may have come off a hedge cutter.
David
Hello David, I'll have a look at the red engine when next in the loft, see if I can get any information from it !
Wendys uncle sadly died of Parkinsons Disease earlier in the year, and as a bit of a tribute some of his family decided we would do the 6 mile sponsored walk in his memory. As extended family I was roped in as well.
This happened today and as Bella is still recovering after her cruciate ligament op Wendy "borrowed" a customers dog for the walk.
We all completed the walk and got our finishers medals, a pub was nearby so I nipped over for a pint (as you do).
Between us the 8 members of the family that did the walk raised over £1300 for Parkinsons UK, so not a bad days walk !
