    Villiers Atco Twin News

So..I'm super excited about some news i have received from Spain. That's right Spain! The little bike is gonna be published in a bike magazine from overseas! Mondo Biker Magazine visited way back in May to take a few pics and I hadn't heard anything until yesterday, when Joseba emailed again asking for me to fill a Tech Spec sheet ASAP because he wanted to publish the bike Its a pretty well established magazine too http://mondobiker.com/ shame its in Spanish Here's a sneak peak photo he sent me

    Project "Why Not"

Thanks James, I hope my welding is better as I plan to weld the axle casing back together today Speaking of which... Both halves of the casing marked out for cutting.. Scribe lines top and bottom so I can line the halves back back up for welding.. Chopped Thanks Nigel for letting me loose with your metal slicing machine yesterday

The guy I picked my Merlin up from today showed me an old Villiers engine driving a water pump, he said it does run but wasn't my thing so declined, if you like I can pass you his e-mail and you can contact him - I believe he will be putting it on that auction site in the near future??? he is just off the A1 at Richmond, North Yorkshire

    Bolens Snow Plough

Just joined this today after selling my Mayfield Merlin to Kennmof2000 (see his posts today). Anyway, how about a Sickle Bar Mower for your Bolens. I have had one sitting in my garage for the last 20 years. It was purchased in 1988 and adapted to a Simplicity Landlord (just a few bits bolted on). Brought it with me when I moved 20 years ago and never used it again. Still have the original manual. I remember it arriving in a big wooden box just like a coffin and full of mice nests!

I would love one of those. If it turns out like your others in your collection it will be fantastic. Iain

    Bolens Snow Plough

Agreed, pushing snow is one of the most fun things to do on a tractor. I think I may have already posted this picture already somewhere, but it is one of my favourites I broke a weld on mine a while back pushing soil. I must fix that before the winter. If we get a bit of snow it would be good if everyone posted some snow pushing pictures or videos. Iain

Great video Max, though I had to wear a pair of shade to stop me being dazzled by the pink machine
