Finally got around to getting the "Roper 38" tiller working, modified the hitch pickup mountings to match the 3 point on my C121. My 3 point was originally going to be hydraulic, but getting the geometry right without the whole lot hanging too far back was awkward, due to the under seat fuel tank. So I used a winch instead. This is rated at 2000 lbs with a " snatch block " pulley mounted on the lift arm cross brace, the tiller weighs around 250lbs. I've taken a few photos, but only after everything was fitted.

Another recent addition to my collection is this Orline Dyna-Mite 300 generator set. Usually the carb top on this late model 13B engine has no primer button, also the fuel tank filler is extended to the top of the frame. David

I cleaned all the contact points and have a good spark. I think it will run once I get the diaphragm and get the carb put back on. Dennis

Followed the guide above but used a piece of feeler gauge instead of floss. Everything slides right in. Held my breathe when the spring dropped down and hit the arm. Might attempt to make a spare spring out of the 0.003" feeler. Happy days!

Well they were in slightly better condition until I was re-assembling the unit and the magnet sucked the coil off the back plate. That sudden yank pretty much did the rest of the insulation in...

One of the LIFESAVR branded versions of this generator just sold on ePay, sadly missing the pump, but you can see how it would attach, an extra bracket is fitted to the generator housing & the plastic cover removed for fitting the pump to the alternator shaft. David
