  1. I like the idea of the spacer 'tween carb and head. I could be interested in the rebuilt carb.
  2. I know you want to get on with the blades but there's no need to hot foot it.
  3. See it's on that site, Rhys. Hoping to sell it before your mother gets home.

What a little beauty. Looking forward to seeing it at the weekend.
  5. Rather than add plates to tilt the auger, is it possible to rig up a way to raise and lower the auger?
  6. Great work, Ian. Will it be finished for when I'm down next week? I could do with another exhilarating ride after Why not.
  7. That's nice. I've always had a liking for industrial trucks.
  8. I see you found a seat. If the front end could be jacked up someway, it could be driven onto a trailer backwards. Just an idea and it's hard to say if it would work, without seeing it. I'll have to pop up one day.
  9. There'll be a blade buried somewhere, Chris.
  10. And most likely had the front auger fitted on site.
  11. That looks like it's been exhausting work. Great piece of pipe strangling.
  12. When I find the time to get the wood and the time to make them.
  13. Toilet cleaner is for cleaning to toilet, Nigel. NOT you bum. Though I suppose it depends on the state of your bum.
  14. Looking forward to meeting you, Alan. BTW. I know where most things are now. Pity I'm t'other end of the country.
  15. With the spade you can move the wheel round a bit, if the studs are out of line a bit with the holes. You can't turn the hub.
  16. Spotted the rear offside mud flap was hanging off the Disco yesterday. Only one self tapping screw stopping it say adieu. So this morning I thought I'd better do something about it. So a piece of surplus shelving bracket, four nuts and bolts plus an hour and, VIOLA! Another thing I found was, despite the wheels being alli, they ain't half heavy. A short army surplus spade now resides in the back. Just the job for levering the wheel up onto the studs.
  17. Neither will you unless you duck.
  18. The Work Horse, C-125, has been a bit off colour lately. Suspect dirt in the carb. So today off with the float bowl and my suspicion was correct. Some strange foreign particles floating about in there. Cleaned and re-fitted, then started up and did the hand over venturi trick to clear the jets. Re-set the carb for idle then full throttle and the old thing is running like a good un. I then decided to check over the C121 and C81 as they are going to R.P.T. and Biddenden shows. They are both now in the peak of fitness. Here they are, snug as bugs in a rug.
