    C-120 refurb.

Another thing I've been meaning to do for ages, I got done yesterday. Wheel Horses can be beggars to start if not run for some time. Well mine can with fuel tank at rear. Some time ago, I fitted a boat primer bulb to the C-125. That fitted nicely under the seat, as the fender had a square hole there. The C-121 does not have that hole and not wanting to cut one, I had to find somewhere else to fit one. Below is the result.
  2. I've a quantity of used, but good decking boards spare.
  3. Be no use to you. You've not got your pallet racking yet.

    C-120 refurb.

Hydraulics have been put on hold for now. I found that when ploughing, with the solid bar and fulcrum arrangement, I could lift the plough form out of the ground with no problem. What I did find today, was the left side rear hub had moved in again. On investigation, I found the dimple in the axle, was a little off centre with the extra bolt I'd fitted. The bolt was not engaging fully with the dimple. I carefully drilled down the bolt hole and opened out the dimple. I then found a long grub screw, with pointed end which located nicely in the dimple. A lock nut is also added to that. Hopefully no more trouble with that hub. The standard bolt is still fitted above the key.
  5. I dare you to pick my daffodils.
  6. Workshop was getting a bit crowded, so with a new arrival imminent I thought I'd better make some room. Sankey trailer is now at a mates and Carol's wabbit hutch, now the wood work has been treated, is out side. Sawbench, which has been in during the winter, has been returned to it's place by my wood store area. I think there's a bit more room now.
  7. Maybe get in. But would he be able to get out?
  8. Be great road registered.
  9. Just noticed. No snorkel. Think that's wise Mark? Considering the flooded lanes we get up here.
  10. If the level plug is halfway up the case, that should be right. My WH's have dipsticks. In the box, not the drivers before anyone comments.
  11. Not good just on a high lift. And that handle should be straight up. Had a mate taken to hospital after being hit by one that slipped.
  12. Mudguards look better with the edging. Keep the H&S bods happy as well.
  13. That a Border Collie in the back ground of the first photo?
  14. Really nice job you've made of it.
  15. You going to brush paint it or spray? Or get someone else to do it?
  16. You'll be lucky to find a light lens. Like hens teeth. Mark, (meadowfield), does decals that you can fix to a piece of clear plastic. As to those instructions for clutch adjustment, I would say they are for something else.
  17. You'll be looking for a two furrow drag plough now.
  18. We heard you the first time, Mark.
  19. I can see a twin axle trailer hanging off that, full of logs.
  20. Very nice. Wish I could have bought things like that when I was that age. I could just about afford to keep my motorbike on the road.
