Nice job Mark  I did mine on the C121 pretty much the same, but used a round bar rod from the lift to the rocker shaft, & used spherical rod ends with left & right hand threads from the R/shaft to the hitch. I think I used flanged 'Oilite' bushes for the R/shaft, the clevis hitch I made myself, You'll never guess where the parts originated from
Only photos I can find at the moment

Here are some pics of the fitting, the other is an angled 10L 3/8 which I found
-
If you've got 10L-3/8 bspp fittings they should be 3/8" bsp parallel thread one end & metric the other, bsp fittings have a conical seat whilst metric is more rounded
She's looking good !!

You could always reverse the cylinder so it pushes forward with a link to 'pull' the lift arm lug instead of a direct connection with the cylinder. That way you would have a larger surface of piston for the oil to act upon, with no losses from the rod to worry about.
ps, found you 4 fittings 10l -3/8 bspp ;)

He can always double up !! :)

Many happy returns & Merry Christmas

Nice job
My D1200 is a bit noisy but the main problem is the "pikey" mice who chew through the fuel lines and make of with the cup full of diesel which seems to be all it needs to harrow / roll a couple of acres of horse paddocks. This was another freebie I was given because it would only run for about an hour then cut out. The owner was told the injector was dribbling causing oil to be washed off the bore, causing a partial seizure. A new injector later, no different, all it was,was the tiny outlet in the fuel tank needed opening up. Mine is a single pot, but I've seen twin pot Ruggerini ones.

I think when Chrysler took over they weren't keen on the Ford engine in the Tiger.
-
The only trouble with mine is I bought it to fit to one of my BCS but the pto coupling is the wrong size, if I ever get any spare time I may try & attach it to a Wheelhorse
-
I bought one from the machinery sale for £50.00p A 2 stage one. :P
-
That piece of angle looks familiar
-
With the floods last year it could be the main roads they are crossing!
-
Loctite 598 flange sealant in a big tube is good for this type of joint Mark, I may have some you can try. It's not Silicone based. When you used the Hylomar,dd you apply to ALL
surfaces and allow to dry, like you would "Evostick" before assembling, that's the only way I could get my Sunbeam engine oil tight in the past.
-
No more at home Norm, but I think I,m in the workshop until Christmas, if the skip hasn't been emptied I'll see what I can find
-
No Mark, Your not counted as one of them, the difference is, I know I will see the items again, attached to one of your projects, If the "dear brothers" took them I'd have to visit the local scrapyard for a reunion
apologies for going off topic in an "off topic" post.
