  1. Very nice mate  What size tyres are they? I've got 7-12's on my C121, I had to lift the fender with spacers and straighten the return edge on the foot steps, they don't half grip well, Could do with narrower wheels though.
  2. Not one of your decals is it Mark ??
  3. Many happy returns Charlie  Doug.
  4. Not my workshop,I work out of the back of my van on customers sites, If my van was this clean & tidy, I'd never find anything :)
  5. Great bit of info,Thanks, Cords piston rings, takes me back, Mainly to BL 1100-1300 A series, when new used nearly as much oil as petrol, in those happier times when petrol was petrol and two bob a gallon
  6. No, I'm the one the other side of the camera
  7. This came in for a snow cutter to be fitted, awesome beast, the cab rotates hydraulically so it can be driven in either direction.
  8. I've an AID V twin 4hp s/phase setup,it originally had a Swedish BIAB V twin 25 cfm pump but the bearings failed, I'm trying to find some 100mm oil control rings for it at the mo.I also have a portable 8.5 cfm unit and a Broomwade AC41 pump to fit on a trailer. Just before Christmas I tried to give away an AC10 Broomwade pump to someone on the forum, but we had already loaded his car to the gunnels with other 'goodies' :D
  9. What's the saying Mark, "imitation is the sincerest form of flattery" Obviously he feels Yours is the best conversion to advertise his goods. You'll have to put big stickers on your horses so you get free advertising in future for your decals.
  10. This is the one that comes as a three piece set, plough, discs & cultivator. I don't have the plough though, I do have a stubble plough assembly I can modify to fit the frame, when I can find the time. The piece on the top of the mouldboard unbolts. If anyone is interested in one of these, try Westlake plough parts near Peterborough, they may still have some
  11. Nice job Mark  I did mine on the C121 pretty much the same, but used a round bar rod from the lift to the rocker shaft, & used spherical rod ends with left & right hand threads from the R/shaft to the hitch. I think I used flanged 'Oilite' bushes for the R/shaft, the clevis hitch I made myself, You'll never guess where the parts originated from Only photos I can find at the moment
  12. same here, " HAPPY NEW YEAR EVERYONE "  DOUG
  13. Here are some pics of the fitting, the other is an angled 10L 3/8 which I found
  14. If you've got 10L-3/8 bspp fittings they should be 3/8" bsp parallel thread one end & metric the other, bsp fittings have a conical seat whilst metric is more rounded She's looking good !!
  15. You could always reverse the cylinder so it pushes forward with a link to 'pull' the lift arm lug instead of a direct connection with the cylinder. That way you would have a larger surface of piston for the oil to act upon, with no losses from the rod to worry about. ps, found you 4 fittings 10l -3/8 bspp ;)

    gas thingy

Is it a demand valve? which only allows gas to flow when the engine is turning over / running. They have a diaphram inside which 'operates' from manifold depression. They usually have a little spring loaded button to let you 'prime / choke' the system.
  17. Many happy returns & Merry Christmas  Doug.

Same here, Best Wishes to Everyone :)
  19. Nice job My D1200 is a bit noisy but the main problem is the "pikey" mice who chew through the fuel lines and make of with the cup full of diesel which seems to be all it needs to harrow / roll a couple of acres of horse paddocks. This was another freebie I was given because it would only run for about an hour then cut out. The owner was told the injector was dribbling causing oil to be washed off the bore, causing a partial seizure. A new injector later, no different, all it was,was the tiny outlet in the fuel tank needed opening up. Mine is a single pot, but I've seen twin pot Ruggerini ones.
  20. HAPPY BIRTHDAY JAMES..
  21. I think when Chrysler took over they weren't keen on the Ford engine in the Tiger.
