  1. The exhaust sounds good Nathan, it looks like it's foaming at the mouth when it's blowing the exhaust stuffing out
  2. Welcome to MOM, good to have you aboard That's quite a collection you have there! Thanks for the posting the photo's

  5. That looks much better James.. Wider is better.. Why does it look like you have stuffed someones white cat down the muffler in photo 4?
  6. You finished the nose cone without me mate!! :o It does look rather good.. An inspired idea you had
  7. Ouch Mark.. Hopefully it's just the oil rings that have gone!
  8. An interesting machine Koen, what's your plans for it?
  9. And some even better stuff will come out the new shack
  10. Hi Guy's and Girls, as I'm not really going to have much to report project progress wise for a while, I thought I'd start a Workshop moving thread Though saying that I don't have much to show you at the moment.. Shelves are getting emptier... While packed boxes are starting to stack up.. A wheel barrow and a trailer load of scrap metal waiting for collection... It's amazing how much rubbish can be collected, and I'm sure I will find more as I dig deeper And just to pad this out a bit, I even managed to get most of the lawn cut today.. Quite possibly the last cut I will do here..
  11. I think it will cover half the wheels Norm, a bit like a standard fender pan would.. Those exhausts are a bit wild James I see your running a twin pulley on the engine.. What's your plans for the unused half?

A fantastic machine, love the action shots
  13. Well, that's your plan at the moment until it changes again Your right though, the back does need to be wider
  14. It's really starting to take shape now James
  15. Your welcome mate, put two similar warped mechanical minds together and anything could happen
  16. Thanks guy's, it has been quite fun working it all out A small update for you.. The chassis has gained some strength, joining the sides, top and bottom together.. The prop shaft has been temporary tack welded together so I can see where it will run.. A bit of strength at the Wh chassis and the extra chassis joining point... Quite why I didn't go to the inside edge of the WH chassis rails I'm not sure.. Something for later me thinks.. And two temporary mounts to hold the bodywork in place.. Like so
  17. Some fast progress going on there.. The steering looks much better and safer with the bearing fitted

In that case just give it a light wire brushing :D
  19. Very interesting.. I'm sure Nigel's mystery engine (I can't find the post about it) has a Brimotor sticker on it..
  20. That's a rather nice hide away Norm. Shame you have to move it but a leveler pitch would be better

  23. That was my first thought when I saw the photo with the bonnet on Fantastic work Max, how much fun was it keeping the wheel hub and rim lined up for welding the spokes in?
