    gearbox id please

I'll be dead honest, albeit Woz is a pal of mine, credit where it's due, he's made a 'bostin' (nee brilliant ) job of the hydro-box on the T1600, I would go as far as saying that if you get a (##@~#!) buggered box, especially broken shafts, I would get in touch with him, might want it to be a trade secret sort of thing, but I reckon he's sussed it! And, I did test it, couldn't kill it...needless to say that hydro-box issues might not be a problem anymore....and I'm not joking!! We've decided, well I have, that I need to keep the Westwood on trial for him ALL this summer!! Top Banana Woz!! Superb job done there!!

    gearbox id please

I shall go up to see Woz and this repair, he's thorough and won't let this beat him, let's see if I can find a weak spot then eh??
  3. Couldn't you find one closer to me Chris, they all seem to be down your neck o' the woods!! .......
  4. Yes Woz, A broken one.......
  5. Hi Paul, you think they have a say on the matter? Well, they may say something...but I can go very deaf when I want to!!
  6. He cuts down trees, he wears high heels, suspendees & a bra....I do worry about you Chris.....
  7. Ha, or is it more trendy to say lol? no, I'll stick with Ha! Yes, decent buildings , Nissen hut was in a poor state on each gable, but now timbered up and tidier. Cleaned out, almost, ready for log storage and ride on's. The brick one is the old milking parlour and is a decent size, just about there with it now..other end has doors Chris, the bricked up end is by the back of the house...but, could of course be changed... ...no, it's fine as it is. My Lad put my electric supply in recently, so chuffed with it really... at least my President has a choice of bedrooms!!
  8. Well, brick one, ex miking shed, houses our daily used motors, w/shop area and my President at the moment, oh, plus stacks of .....useable offcuts of various materials.. The Nissen hut, don't mention going through the roof!! , is more garden kit and log storage, well, plus a few ride on's..Good building now though, doors one end, (new by Titch Joinery???) house end, seen here, I've yet to do the windows, is kinda just being made a bit 'nicer' than it was. Hence, no time at the moment other than work and doing my sheds!! Oh, sorry dear, and your plants etc!!! Just need some pennies for tractors!!
  9. No Chris, the wings wouldn't get through the doors! Just trying to get the pennies together and get some 'toys' in there, sorry, horticultural machinery TOOLS...
  10. A lot of you will know of my past 'shed' builds...nee telegraph poles etc...but where we are at now has these ready built fortunately.. Mind you, still got some more returning and illegal security systems to fine tune, but I swear I will never 'build' a big shed again...getting a bit much for me.. ..bless...
  11. So say some, others tell the truth! Yep, got some worthwhile machines there mate, glad one of em is for me!!
  12. Yep, just like those lethal engine oil flushes.. a pal once cleaned almost every microscopic bit of carbon build up etc on a crankshaft on VW Golf. Result..? Extremely noisy top end!
  13. Don't buy a small one.. you will always wish you'd gone bigger! I have the use of a pals when I want it and swear by the results, swearing as in Good! It's just big enough, and deep enough to get a cylinder head for a 4 cylinder bike.. just. Buys the liquids from somewhere in Ireland, I can find out where if you wish. Titch

There were a few at Newark this year too, maybe Pauls & Matts could come next year.. we are going to have a bit of a club stand 'special'...http://i59.tinypic.com/16c1h00.jpg[/
  15. Thanks Chaps, yep, and me, you'd have thought I would have learnt by now! But yes, although not the best time of the year and the weather changing fast, I do need to get this building done, in between work, and at least covered & secure ( God I'd love to tell about my security measures.. but I simply cannot.. ?????!!! ) but I need my w/shop & contents moved again. There's more 'stuff' needed in there than anywhere near a full house worth of stuff.. far more important too as we all know. I'll keep you updated on the move front though...my website will have details of course, but when I get settled, I know I'll have more time for chatting/looking/learning on here and the likes. Look out for Santa, Titch
  16. You never cease to amaze me Nigel!! I'm coming down there next year and see how good this tea is!! Titch
  17. Brilliant Finish Jonathan.. hope you get that crank soon! Something in the post today for you as well, Titch
  18. Hi Folks, by God you've all been busy.. I'm shed building again.. sadly (??) things have not turned out well since we moved, so without going into detail, I'm moving out!! Back to a cottage I was at about 12 years ago, farm cottage, on my own!! ( well, and my dog!) new office set up, which will exceed here by scores and, yes, another shed build.. Shed has started life now, got the carcass up & square.. I'm not getting any younger and believe me I know about doing this... but I love doing it... After Christmas when all in, I'll get back to the forum a bit more if you'll still have me... Personal Life?? Huh! I don't need one!!
  19. Glad I got to see some of 'me owd maytes'!! Sorry I didn't see everyone though Here's the parking up for the night picture, and mine when I got back home..GOOD TO SEE Y'ALL!! Titch & Son
  20. I'm hoping to get to see you all there too, bike or van ( depending on the weather ) Two sugars in mine Chris please!! Titch
  21. Isn't there a connection with Lowes & MTD?? But I rather think Roper or Murray...

Good to meet you too Paul, always good to put a face to a name. And the collection there is very good, all local machines too I recall, British machines at that, so nice to see them, especially as you'd got them out for me to see. A pleasure indeed! Titch
  23. As per usual Darren, A wonderful result, sorry my bits took so long.. But yes, a superb job you've done!!
  24. You sure know how to upset a Norvenor Chris!! Hooligan, nah, that was the CCM I just sold, this XJR just passes anything in sight... if I wanted to of course. But yes, sadly I can only look, listen & test ride, Harley Davidson has been a llifetimes ambition... BUT!! I'm still young yet ain't I ?? We could discuss weekly terms for yours Chris..... But yes, this is the second XJR I've had, and it really is a blast.. the R1 boys think we are nuts sitting up at 130mph! ( 130, did I just write that?? ) yes, at 140+ it get's a bit uncomfortable.... I believe. Titch
