Came home from a walk today and spotted this little fellow down the track. Helping himself from to some apples dumped there.

After a long search I’ve finally found a round hood! It’s far from perfect but should be a nice little project.

it came with the original engine (Tecumseh 6hp electric start) so first job is to get that running and fit it. It also came with the original deck so once the engine it back on I will source a new belt and see if I can get the deck working. I also need to try and source some different wheels and an original steering wheel.

Very cool!

Another cutaway O&R engine, this isn't mine, it was on ebay a few years ago.
I wonder how many they made.

Interesting cut away to view inside an O&R engine

Here is my boat engine with the Waltron carb, I found out that it came out of a Fairey Huntsman boat, whoever bought the boat took the engine out & put it back on ePay, I forgot to save a picture of the boat.
 

 

 
 
Almost looks like an O&R Model 20A could bolt straight on to the Landmaster, pity the 20A's are so hard to find.

If you didn't already know, the carb circled below is a Waltron carb for model boat use, I'm surprized it isn't on one of the water-cooled engines from the lot.

Whoops, looks like one has already found its way into another custom project...
 
 



 

I need the red shroud with the recoil intact. 
Mine had the spring missing.  I tried to install a spring from a weed wacker and that little tab that holds the end To the shroud broke. 

Very cool, that’s awesome!
