And there's a few acres of rough pasture to top we finally started on the mounting a barford sickle bar to the front of jakes wheel horse. modified a front tach a matic and added a lift bar. meadowfield 1,900 #4 Posted July 10, 2016 Continued today... belt tensioner adjuster first. Followed by cutting the keyways in the cross shaft. Had as a quick run round the garden, it works! but can't be used on C4 as I can't lift it off the floor... HeadExam 1,783 #8 Posted August 3, 2016 Most of the walk behinds were front mount so I see no issue with this set up. Anglo Traction 1,016 #12 Posted August 8, 2016 (edited) I had a feeling you would be 'Out in Front' on this concept Mark . I knew I could rely on you to sort it!. I had long been wondering about the practicalities of using an old Scythe Drive/Blade as you have now done. Overcoming the Drive linkage to the 'Opposite' side and having a Lift Linkage was a problem, but looking at your results, it gets the job done. Well done. Regards.
