A new arrival to add to the collection today A UK find so no huge postage charges or US parcel service blocking it

Well I've accidentally bought myself a O&R powered mini-bike . It's one I've not seen before, does anyone recognise it? David

A while back I noticed a few people asking about these hitches on a Facebook page, thought I’d have a go at making some to see if I could sell any. Here’s how far I’ve got. First job was making a jig to put the 90 degree bend in some 10x50mm bar. needed some 1” square bar to fit in the hardy hole of my anvil. This is the jig I made The round bar fits in the pritchel hole to keep it sturdy Works a treat All the same Next hurdle was putting the cranks in the bars, I made up an attachment for our hydraulic press 9 tons of force to put these bends in

Thanks David that helped out got all the spacers cut and found some nuts for the top. The top cracked a little when I tightened the nuts but not bad . I will live with it for now but still came out ok. .

Now cleaned up and on the shelf with the others...

Thanks, I got the sign at a show last November, the guy had a proper stamping press in the back of his van and was doing them on site, I got a Wheelhorse one and an Ohlsson Rice one done

I think you may need to drill a small drain hole as the filter looks like its facing up and might catch water off the bonnet
