Today's update...
Beside the new headlight unit, I have braved the cold to just about finish the wiring. Which whilst it's my strongpoint, I get zero enjoyment from!
Wired the lower dash panel and used a PC style connector so it's removable.
Tested it.... It works!
Plus I now have switch on and off able lights

Hi all,
I once made my own lense and added led lights on project C4. This time it is project bendy in need of lighting and whilst I have a cast reflector, I though hell...why not make the whole lot...
I bought some really nice 12v led bulbs with reflectors knowing I could mount them quite easily.
So out with a sheet of ally and a template
Some 46mm holes and push them through
Cut a machine piece of lexan and add a new headlight sticker
And here it is in place on bendy
When the hood is painted I will mount it all properly

...at least we evolved and developed opposable thumbs this died of the border

-
Ahh, I recognise that one
-
I've seen your house from the other side too, looks pretty impressive!
-
Omg....
How do you do it!
-
-
-
I have a plan for it... but not sure how weatherproof it will be

I'd say £2500 is closer to the top end - if everything is original and works... the plough is not a wheel horse one.
In the condition this is in then I'd say £700-900 for the tractor because of the hitch and everything appears straight and original.
Cultivator is worth £300 plus, topper might be £400 or even more as they are pretty scarce - esp on CAT 0
I'd have £1500 in the package - if I had the money, space and permission from the missus
-
A rare find these days, the tiller and topper are even rarer!
-
you can apply dry if you mark out with masking tape for a straight edge - or you can use soapy water and squeegee the water out both work.
For small pieces I apply dry, starting by removing only a small amount of the backing to stop it all sticking at once!

First show bronte gathering in yorkshire 8-9th may, next Newby hall in June, flookburgh steam rally in July and driffield steam rally in august.
-
Thanks guys, finished the upper dash panel too. It's a lot easier than painting and lettering
Plus I can change the words...
-
Latest sticker order arrived today, so the lower dash panel is complete.

It's been chilly up here for the last few days, with snow showers on and off. It's always a little warmer in the valley, but a short walk gets us to some nice snow. he hills where I live are pretty big! It wasn't a workshop kinda day so me and two of the kids went for a walk onto the moors.
heres a few pics.
