  1. Had a day at the above. Had an interesting if tiring day. 600 acres to walk round. Not much in the horticultural line I afraid.
  2. A photo of Bryan, my last 90. Sold two years ago after 15yrs ownership. Much missed. 1986 fitted with Isuzu 2.8 td, Alli Sport full width intercooler, Disco transferbox. Citroen BX seats and various other mods.
  3. I did wonder how Chris was going to get it up into his yard. And I'd like to know, if when the Trachorse front end came down, did the house escape unscathed?
  4. Tree's that blow down are called logs.

You could try Halfords. As they sell Petro Patch they may sell a sealer.
  6. Mine arrived today. Thanks Doug. Don't know when I'll get the time to doing anything with them. But I will eventually.
  7. Buy her one. It'll be a darn sight easier, believe me.
  8. No under floor insulation, Iain. Never thought of it. And I'm not going to mention it. Walls and roof will be and s.w.m.b.o. wants double glazed windows.
  9. Good job, Jonathan. 35t. I assume your doing right to the bottom.
  10. More progress today. Floor frame treated with two coats of preservative over the last couple of days. Put in place today and levelled up. Underneath of the ply floor treated then laid and screwed down. Roof frame with it's first coat of preservative. A neighbour is doing the joinery work. He has all the gear. Frame work we carried round. Ply sheets came round by C-81 and Saxon. And the hospital bed/lift being useful once more.

Looks a different colour in a glass.
  12. Can a mod remove this please. I was posting by mistake.
  13. This morning I've done something I've never done before. Heard the widow across the green dogs barking. Collie/Jack Russell crosses. Looking over, I could see her and her neighbour around some bushes and trees, at the corner of her property by the gate leading into a field. I watched for a while then thought I'd better go over. The dogs had chased a cat, of which there are too many round here. Feral and domestic. The cat had climbed a tree and the dogs had climbed after it. One had not gone far and got down it's self. The other had gone further up and couldn't get down. So me being me, climbed up after it and eventually manage to grab it's collar. On the way down the dog slipped it's collar and gravity took over. There was a thud and yelp as it reached terra firma. You can imagine the reaction of the women. I gave the dog a once over and it's ok. I've got cats out of trees and off roofs, but never a dog. I would have loved to see how it did it.
  14. Yes to both. Wooden floor supported on breeze blocks. Insulation will be installed. The flags and blocks are what I've had lying around and the gravel was free from next door.
  15. That's a Mercedes Unimog, Alain. More tractor than Jeep. Great machines.
  16. Her old studio will be used to store garden furniture, bikes, BBQ and sundry other things that are now in my shed and workshop. Give me room for another tractor or two.
  17. Bit of progress on the studio. Base finished.
  18. Cheers, Doug. Chris will probably use his extras as hair brushes.
  19. A good collection of very nice machinery there. Thanks for posting.
