Had a bit of a change from painting today. The track rod ends on my C-125 were badly worn, so I fitted the ones off the C-121. Today I made some new ones to replace them.
As you can see, they are the worn ones cut down and ends threaded to suit the rose joints. They'll be painted when steering is set.
Certainly good buys Charlie. The very first grease gun I bought at 21 and which I still have, is the same as the one you've bought. About the same price as well.
Today has been the Hethersgill Vintage Club annual ploughing match. The weather was ideal, with sunshine all day, though a cold frosty start, I was there in my usual capacity of, gateman, entrants and spectator vehicle parking and chief dogs body. I did get chance to take some photo's.
