  1. Not going this year. Saw the good stuff last year Too far to drive up for a day & freeze your self to death
  2. Good idea to keep paint off tyres Chris I would not put too mutch pressure in them as they look like they will pop
  3. Sure we all started at that age 1st tractor I drove was a white one
  4. Condition of tracks is important. Steering brakes wear out. Must replace mine soon!
  5. Well as its Ransomes & WH this year shall I paint my MG40 red so I support both things
  6. Like the way you been offered one Its only worth what somebody will pay for it. All sellers say it ran fine when put away. We have all had that The engine may have been knocking or another serious prob as to why it been parked up for 30 odd years. Thats the risk we have to take If it was running for people too look at etc then yes it will be worth top money. Are the tracks ok etc etc?? If not then £1000/1200 if you ask me
  7. Thats good news Ewan Same we could not have sorted it sooner as It would have come up on the pallet with the tractor!! Well at least I can get it some where your dad to collect it

  11. I asked my mate today if he still had theClinton engine. He said yes & will dig it out next week It was complete & had a fuel tank. he said it the same as Trojan trac but I cant be sure Its not far away from mine & Harrys house

  15. I cant remember who refurbed the injector. I gave it to the tractor dealers who I deal with & they sent it off to the company they use I will find out when I next go to see them
  16. Glad you done a deal for this. Be interesting to see what you will do with it. Can you get a V8 under the hood??
  17. Thats in good order. I had one the same a few years back. Always a total pig to start until I had the injector rebuit. Ran a treat after & always started I sold it but wish I kept it....

  19. I used to have 15/20 allen scythes & attachments. Inc a cylinder mower. Heavy lumps Sold the lot now as interested in other things Still have my massive folder full of info etc on them which I built up over the years of collecting. Nice machines you have there
  20. If you ask Harry nicely he maybe able to help. He got a rolling chassis of a small round hood which he mumbled about sell the other day when I saw him Dont think it got fenders but sure it had a hood
