    I second that as I would do that myself and I have used Owatrol on my tiller. It really accentuate the patina. But it's yours, so do what you want.

    Love it! Now that's what I call a Wheel Horse; I just dig those earlier ones. Will you repaint it or leave it as is apart from going over the running gears and engine.

    Different seller Matt. Made contact at last this afternoon and said he sold it yesterday. I texted the new seller and asked a few questions including how long he had it. Replied 'been in his family for 15 years.......'

    Thanks Ian. It's not mine but a mate's. I would leave it as it is but would add an engine obviously ( ) and the correct wheels on the front.

    I picked up a Bolens 1254 for a fellow Bolens enthusiast this morning up in North Devon. Phil contacted me via GTT and I was happy to help out a fellow enthusiast. I got it stored at my lock up until he can collect it in a month or so. It's a 1254-05 model and is is good overall condition. There's no engine but he got a spare one knocking around apparently.

    Best bet is to buy another non working Osprey for parts off eBay or Gumtree. You could put a Wanted ad on the MOM too.
