    Commando 800 scarifying

Hi all whilst doing my topping with my John Deere 2520 I've also had my right hand man on our trusty old commando 800 which we recently got from Dibnah or Tom as you may no him by . So we decided to put our scarifier on her which she did a great job . I did how ever have to put some weigh on the implement ie a mini digger bucket to stop her bouncing about !

    Ransomes Mg6 Dumper

Hi all after a lot of searching I have found my new project a Ransomes Mg40 Dumper. Some of you might recognise this as I have bought it of Tom (Dibnah). The engine has already been recon by Tom ( Dibnah)so its just the rest of it what needs sorting. I hope you like the thread and the photos.

    Not a bad deal.

Collected rear seats, belts and all fixtures today for the Disco.. All for free and the seats have high quality waterproof covers as well. So this afternoon I've been stripping out the commercial floor and bulkhead. Nice to find all the carpet and soundproofing, in good condition, under the floor. Maybe get the seats fitted tomorrow. Weather permitting.

    The Workshop moving Thread

This is a great post and has the makings of a good movie, in that it is a great story, it made me laugh (a lot) and had some sad moments (poor Limpy). Ian, I think you and Nigel are going to have lots of fun and I am looking forward to hearing the stories.

I give it a week and that bench will be full. No room for a sleeping walrus.

Despite wanting to play, I have found time to make some fenders from scrap pieces of Ian's 6x6... With a patch welded in Ground flat and e tanked Primed and in place I made some brackets too, but forgot to take a picture. I've ordered some lights too

    Lawn sweeper testing

Sorry Chris, no video as I was too busy trying to get the lawn cut before the forecast rain arrived! Which it never did in the end The mowing duo.. A slightly closer view of my cutter deck shrapnel shield.. Or a bit of ally clamped on the deck to leave nice straight rows of cut grass. The Westwood lawn sweeper I bought from Chris did a fine job once I had worked out the faster you drive the better it picks up the grass! Made for some interesting high speed swerving around trees and trying not to hit the clothes dryer moments Job well done.. Well, almost... As I don't have the space or need for a compost heap all the grass trimmings go in the recycle bin.. Which happened to be full at the time! So I was left with lot's of big grass mole hills to load in the trailer.... Of course the recycling bin has now been emptied

Hi all after a trip to my friends yard I discovered a stripped down wheel horse c 175 after a few hours of moving bits old vans and cars etc I got to it. So I then dug it out and brought it back to my workshop Then I spent the next day getting the engine running il post a link soon . So that's a history on finding the tractor . I've know decided to convert it from wheel drive to track drive I've seen various garden tractors been done and been very impressed with them so I thought i want to have ago at that ! More post to come hope you enjoy Cheers James
