As it rained till lunchtime I managed to get a bit more done this afternoon. the floor, headboard and tailboard are all glued and bolted, the 2 side boards are cut to length just got to sand them off and oil them -

1961 electric start , what a great find , extremely rare here in UK , well worth buying if you can get it . I would say it's worth over a grand with implements . The steering wheel needs replacing looks to still have the original exhaust cover , these always get removed & then lost . front tyres could do with replacing . very desirable -

Looks ok this morning -
1 pointCouple photo's of one of our resident mallard families. Originally 12 ducklings. These four have survived cats, crows and magpies. There is another family, with at the last, count seven ducklings. Finally, SWMBO and number two grandson arrived home on Friday with Timothy.
