Morning all, yesterday Nigel and I started to strip down the Cushman after a quick test drive of course Tipping bed off.. A nice beefy hydraulic ram The front panels coming off, way more wiring than we were expecting! The prize, well part of it... A OMC 23hp flat twin with lot's of ally for Nigel to polish

Roof on and water tight! Now to make a start on the inside.

Look like a very enjoyable session at Mark's place in a glorious setting. Glad the weather held for you lads to have a good run out.

Derrick the rat cat always plays close attention that my project well that escalated quickly just googling some parts dealers in the uk for lombandini bits.

A grand morning out at the Smith residence somewhere in Yorkshire (!), Stormin and the Showman had a good play around the fields, banks and streams... Many thanks to Mark, Ewan and Jake for their hospitality, tea and bacon rolls

Can someone put my photos up the right way please, all the blood is running to my head.

Just a few wot I took. I want of these if we get another allotment. Some mobility scooter. Nice little steamer. Nice old Fergie. That's a real mans sickle bar. Don't know what make this is, but it caught my eye. Couple of stationaries. Second one is a very nice little Villiers. Couple of tidy looking models. This diorama was something else. Scrap wagons made from scrap. Very tidy Acto. Finally for the southern tea suppers on the hour every hour. You know who you are. Their very own tea machine.

The Black Horse did well in the river bed. Couple of large boulders and a moss covered on caused a problem or two. But the Black Horse boldly went where a two wheel drive had never been before. Thanks Mark and the lads. Good bit of fun to finish of a very good weekend.

Are the photos upside down nigel ?. The Trachorse went everywhere I pointed it at unhelped but I didn't venture into the riverbed as it had some big bolders and didn't want to push my luck

It's going to be an interesting project for sure A few up to date photo's of the Cushyman for ya.... Not much has changed other than the wooden sides and a big sticker stuck on the front..

Got a flywheel puller but not used it yet but I love the new tyres and sprayed wheels
