Here is a pretty good write up.

A slightly more unusual Tiny Tiger generator arrived a couple of weeks ago, it's a Model 400 from Gadco Electra. It doesn't use the permanent magnet rotor found in the Model 300, instead it uses a wound armature & carbon brushes, same as you would find in older generators & motors. The output is 115V DC 400 watts only, there is also no low voltage output provided. Has anyone else on the forum got one of these or any pictures of a complete one, as mine is missing a few bits? I did find a article featuring both the Tiny Tiger 400 generator and a Safe-T-Products brush cutter that also appears to use the O & R engine, in the December 1962 edition of Desert magazine pages 6 & 7, a pdf is available from the swdeserts.com archive here; http://www.swdeserts.com/index_htm_files/196212-DesertMagazine-1962-December.pdf David

Feels good to be back... Been so busy with the kids haven't had time to think. I left the old man playing with the bolens today and he got it running! He has connected up the throttle directly some how. He hasn't connected the 'govener arm??' As couldn't work out what it did? Anyway... there's a couple more videos on my youtube that he sent me ! Just about finished the G14 so now need a complete set of decals. Anyone know where to obtain in the UK as the source suggested on the other main forum in the USA is talking stupid money for shipping. You'd have thought he was sending Fort Knox to the UK if and when he can be bothered to reply to e mails. So any help in sourcing would be gratefully received. Thanks

I have eventually found a blower Its a John Deere Power Flow high output fan so should do my job just fine. Best bit, it was free ! It could do with new blades but i am having problems trying to work out which model it is. I have been on the John Deere web site and done a google search but cant find the correct model, can anyone help ?
